  • Integrates somatic + attachment awareness so you can process without overwhelm

  • Supports the encoding of Self energy — the felt sense of “I deserve love. I am safe. I belong.”

    Somatic + Polyvagal-Informed Practices

    • Invite awareness of where trauma lives in your body (tension, collapse, dissociation)
